Jello Magos

Ingredients:

  • 1 Magos
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 50gr of sugar
  • 3 sheets of gelatin (neutral or flavored)
  • 60ml vodka
  • Sprinkles to decorate

Preparation:

In a saucepan, add a bottle and a half of Magos, the lemon juice and the sugar. Add the gelatine leaves. Let the gelatine soften for about two minutes and then bring it to a low heat. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and add another 60ml of Magos and the vodka. Place the mixture in a silicone baking pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Remove the gelatin from the mold and cut into cubes, decorate with the trimmings and serve cold.
