Watermelon Mimosas

Ingredients:

• 4 cups watermelon cubes
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
• 1 bottle of Magos
• Mint and pieces of watermelon with rind for decoration

Preparation:

Blend in a blender the watermelon, lime juice and sugar. Strain into a glass to separate the pieces from the liquid. Fill champagne flutes (or other tall glass) with this mixture halfway up and cover with Magos. Garnish with the mint and the pieces of watermelon.
